SAFETY
Construction and Safety-Insuring a Safer Work Place
The Adelanto Group (AGI) oversees all aspects of construction through our field-level incorporation of Safety, Quality, and Production proficiency protocols. The combined effect of those elements creates valuable solutions for our clients. AGI believes that success in our safety protocol contributes to the success of our projects. The Safety of our clients and team is our number one priority.
A CULTURE OF SAFETY
We At AGI:
-
Are industry recognized for our programs in health, safety and environment (HSE).
-
Promote a culture of safety with our team members.
-
Inspire leadership, direction and assistance services to provide a safe, quality-centered and performance- oriented employment culture.
Stength
The Stop Work process involves a stop, notify, correct and resume approach for a perceived unsafe condition. At AGI, all employees have the authority and obligation to stop any task or operation regarding health, safety or environmental risks assessment.
Zero Incidents
A Zero total recordable Incident rate requires a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program embraced by all staff and sub-contractors at every project. AGI’s HSE program assures -site safety analysis before the mobilization of any project. An in-depth site-specific safety plan for each project including a mandatory hard hat, eye protection and work boots policy on all job sites is our mandate. Strict project guidelines for a healthy work environment include employee and subcontractor safety orientations and weekly health and safety meetings.
Sensitivity To Our Ecosystem
AGI is committed to compliance. Client requirements and government regulations to minimize environmental effects on human health and safety is our mission. We’ll seek to enhance our use of energy efficient technologies and minimize emissions to the environment by utilizing systems, procedures and equipment to prevent pollution and damage to the ecosystem. Our projects are returned to acceptable environmental conditions at their conclusion.
